I forgot my username or password.

I’m not getting an error, but the page just refreshes and I can’t log in.

If the page just refreshes, check your browser to make sure you have cookies enabled.

To enable cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0+:

1. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3. Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Low") under "Settings".
Click "OK".

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox version 1.5:

Click on the "Tools" menu.
1. Select "Options."
2. Click on the "Privacy" icon.
3. Click on the "Cookies" tab.
4. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set Cookies."

If you’re an IE user and your privacy settings are on “High,” you may need to manually add Kozy Heat to your list of allowed sites. To do so, follow these steps:

Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
1. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
2. Click the "Sites…" button and type "http://kozyheat.virtual.vps-host.net" in the "Address of Web site" section.
3. Click "Allow."
4. Click "OK."
